Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Student Life. Manage calendars, communications, budgets, contracts, and departmental workflows. Coordinate events, programs, and the University Esports Team; oversee divisional systems, digital platforms, and cross-campus collaboration to support student engagement and policy compliance.

Oversee daily administrative operations of the men's basketball program including budgeting, travel, scheduling, academic coordination, compliance support, team logistics, and vendor relationships. Serve as chief administrator to enable coaching staff focus on coaching, recruiting, and athlete development while ensuring organizational efficiency, fiscal stewardship, and adherence to NCAA and university policies.

Teach graduate higher education courses, advise and chair dissertation committees, design and assess courses, engage in scholarship and professional service, participate in committee work and student mentoring, and maintain active involvement in education organizations.
