Manage endoscopy product portfolio lifecycle: develop product strategies and marketing plans, launch and position products, forecast demand, plan inventory, build KOL and hospital relationships, analyze market and competitors, and drive promotional and business development activities to grow market share and meet sales/profitability targets.

Drive new customer acquisition and migration to digital platforms; lead digital adoption and staff training; create training materials, SOPs, and customer education content; coordinate with Marketing, IT, Operations, and Compliance; support product launches and track adoption KPIs to recommend improvements.

Lead annual training needs analysis and execute the training plan, manage LMS and learning programmes, coordinate logistics, track and report L&D metrics, run onboarding and employer branding activities, and support the management trainee program.
