Produce, shoot, and edit interviews, live events, and news-driven video content for The Spectator and UnHerd. Responsibilities include video and audio editing, studio operation, content packaging, SEO, promotion, and adapting to short deadlines, including occasional out-of-hours and weekend work.

Own the end-to-end design of a new publishing product, translating product vision into user journeys, prototypes, visual identity, UI, UX, and design systems. Collaborate with the CEO and developers to define scope, prioritize features, communicate design decisions, review implementation, and refine the product through testing and launch feedback.

Own the development and launch of a new publishing product focused on reader engagement, commenting, content discovery, and publisher relationships. Responsibilities include defining product goals, researching users, prioritizing the roadmap, writing requirements, coordinating developers, managing delivery, guiding UX decisions, overseeing testing, and improving the product after launch. The role works closely with the CEO and requires strong product judgment, technical understanding, communication, and independent ownership.
