Responsibilities include creating prompting frameworks, evaluating and refining AI-generated assets, operationalizing visual taste into scalable systems, experimenting with emerging creative tools, and collaborating with AI, product, design, and marketing teams.

Lead the Data Science function for an AI video product, setting priorities, guiding data scientists, analysts, and engineers, and solving high-impact analytical problems. Drive product, growth, experimentation, retention, monetization, and data-quality initiatives. Build reusable metrics, datasets, self-service tools, AI evaluation systems, and agentic analytics capabilities while partnering with Product, Growth, Finance, Engineering, and AI teams.

Own product and business metrics, improve data quality, validate reporting, and lead analyses across adoption, retention, segmentation, monetization, and LTV. Partner with Product, Finance, Engineering, and AI teams to define metrics, evaluate AI features, investigate data issues, support experimentation, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
