Assemble and repair PCBs using surface-mount and thru-hole soldering techniques, perform precise wire and component soldering, read schematics, operate soldering equipment and microscopes, and follow J-STD-001 standards. Support Production Repair & Analysis under team lead direction and perform other assigned duties.

Lead and supervise the accounting team and daily accounting functions (AP, payroll, cash management). Own month-end close, maintain GL and balance sheet integrity, oversee reconciliations, support revenue analysis, treasury, audits, and tax compliance. Drive process and technology improvements, ensure US GAAP compliance, liaise with auditors and tax teams, and educate business leaders on financial impacts.

Partner with the COO and executive team to translate strategy into execution by owning operating cadence, KPI/OKR systems, cross-functional initiative delivery, business cases, project plans, change management, SOPs/governance, and executive reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
