Lead cross-team quality engineering: drive test strategy, automation, CI/CD signal, tooling improvements, coaching, risk analysis, and production feedback. Use AI tooling to improve testing and help squads own quality across the SDLC.

Lead end-to-end implementation of complex features, partner with Product and Design, mentor engineers, own quality and operability (CI/CD, testing, observability), make pragmatic architectural decisions, and apply AI tooling across the SDLC to improve productivity and product outcomes.

Build and deliver small-to-mid size end-to-end features across frontend, backend, data, and deployment. Partner with product and design, use AI tooling in the SDLC, improve system quality (docs, tests, observability), mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of outcomes while learning toward deeper technical specialization.
