Manage and grow client relationships and strategic partnerships across MEA, drive business development for hearings subscriptions, support client success from post-quote to hearing, coordinate regional marketing/events, maintain Salesforce and Power BI reporting, and lead cross-functional regional projects.

Design and produce high-quality marketing and product visuals across digital and print channels. Maintain brand consistency, collaborate with marketing and leadership, manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, iterate on feedback, and contribute creative ideas.

Identify, engage, and qualify legal-industry prospects to generate pipeline via multi-channel outbound outreach. Partner with Sales and Marketing to schedule demos, maintain CRM data, optimize outreach, and consistently exceed pipeline targets while developing product expertise and market knowledge.

Lead new business sales into top UK and EMEA law firms, owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, craft commercial proposals, and exceed quota while collaborating with solutions, success, and marketing teams. Represent Opus 2 at client meetings and events and maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data.

Lead and deliver end-user and train-the-trainer sessions for the Opus 2 Cases solution, create and adapt training materials, plan and record client sessions, provide post-training support, capture and close feedback, deliver internal enablement, and act as a trusted advisor and domain expert on legal workflows and product benefits.

Deliver end-to-end platform infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD improvements (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). Build automation, observability (Grafana Cloud), participate in architecture, security and cost reviews, mentor juniors, and integrate AI tooling across the SDLC.

Coordinate and oversee transcript production for hearings: operate Opus 2 platform and industry software, manage audio recordings and editing, produce judgments, complete transcript amendments, liaise with legal and internal teams, perform daily IT checks, and maintain quality and control records to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Lead end-to-end implementation of complex features, partner with Product and Design, mentor engineers, own quality and operability (CI/CD, testing, observability), make pragmatic architectural decisions, and apply AI tooling across the SDLC to improve productivity and product outcomes.
