Lead and deliver full-stack SaaS features: design architecture, implement Node.js back-end APIs, develop React/Vue/Ember front-ends, write tests, debug, mentor engineers, and collaborate in Agile to build scalable cyber-risk solutions.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales in APAC (based in Singapore) for Optro's audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform. Build territory plans and pipeline, close net-new and upsell deals, engage C-level stakeholders, demo solutions, create business cases, collaborate with SDRs, solutions and implementation teams, and develop partner ecosystem. Travel ~25%-30% for client and partner meetings and events.

Serve as the APJ product expert for an AI-powered GRC platform, advising clients on audit, risk, compliance, internal controls, and ERM. Lead tailored product demonstrations, engage C-level prospects, support business development, provide regional thought leadership, and partner with implementation, engineering, and global business development teams. Mentor internal resources, build executive relationships, attend industry events, and help address APAC clients’ functional and linguistic needs.
