Manage accounts receivable activities, including contract and billing-term review, invoice distribution, collections outreach, dunning, dispute resolution, credit memos, billing reconciliation, and customer account research. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Order Management, Legal, Customer Success, and Accounting teams. Support month-end and year-end close, vendor portal processes, and ad hoc accounting projects while collaborating with a US-based team.

Owns customer- and developer-facing technical content for a B2B SaaS platform. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, publishing, and maintaining documentation; improving information architecture, terminology, style guides, templates, and contribution workflows; collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support; and building an AI-assisted, scalable content workflow. The role requires strong technical writing, process improvement, CMS and knowledge base experience, and ownership of content quality and publication cadence.

Manage APAC customer relationships, drive product adoption, retention, and account expansion. Partner with Sales and internal teams, deliver customer training, resolve issues, gather regional feedback, and advocate for product improvements. The role requires executive engagement, independent regional team building, and supporting customers across time zones, with primary coordination in Singapore Standard Time.
