Lead design and execution of Optro's global compensation strategy, including pay structures, benchmarking, analytics, incentive plan design, and administration. Partner with People, Finance, and executives to align rewards with business goals, ensure compliance, enable managers, and scale compensation programs for global growth.

Lead and deliver full-stack SaaS features: design architecture, implement Node.js back-end APIs, develop React/Vue/Ember front-ends, write tests, debug, mentor engineers, and collaborate in Agile to build scalable cyber-risk solutions.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales in APAC (based in Singapore) for Optro's audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform. Build territory plans and pipeline, close net-new and upsell deals, engage C-level stakeholders, demo solutions, create business cases, collaborate with SDRs, solutions and implementation teams, and develop partner ecosystem. Travel ~25%-30% for client and partner meetings and events.
