The Sales Manager will strengthen key accounts, acquire new business in North America, support marketing efforts, and manage local sales partners.

Provide day-to-day HR advice, manage full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers), coordinate payroll inputs, support talent acquisition and employer branding, improve HR processes and digitalisation, and organise employee engagement and company events.

Support application engineering by programming automated Python tests to characterize lenses, exploring 3D reconstruction with liquid lenses, conducting feasibility studies, and testing optical/electro-mechanical products.
