Provide first- and second-level end-user IT support, manage device provisioning and lifecycle, administer Microsoft 365 accounts, maintain office IT systems and meeting rooms, troubleshoot connectivity, coordinate vendors, keep documentation and asset records, and follow security and company IT procedures.

Maintain and improve on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure: administer Windows Server and virtualization, manage Microsoft 365, configure networking and Fortigate firewalls, handle backup/DR, automate with PowerShell, provide L3 support, participate in projects, monitor performance, and ensure secure high-availability operations.
