Create and maintain a self-serve onboarding library of courses, walkthrough videos, and guides mapped to client milestones. Produce feature-adoption content, partner with Customer Success and Product to identify pain points, use AI and design platforms to produce polished assets, track content impact on onboarding and adoption, and keep materials up to date.

Own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of technology clients, including onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, expansions, and escalations. Lead client conversations, identify growth opportunities, maintain account records in HubSpot, collaborate with Product on roadmap feedback, and help improve AI-powered customer success tools. The role requires occasional early morning and late afternoon availability to support clients.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book qualified meetings, run discovery conversations, maintain HubSpot CRM, collaborate with AEs on messaging and handoffs, and feed market intelligence back to Sales and Marketing. Clear progression to Account Executive based on performance.
