Create and maintain a self-serve onboarding library of courses, walkthrough videos, and guides mapped to client milestones. Produce feature-adoption content, partner with Customer Success and Product to identify pain points, use AI and design platforms to produce polished assets, track content impact on onboarding and adoption, and keep materials up to date.

Own and deliver end-to-end full-stack features in a Laravel/Vue codebase, modernize APIs, and build AI-powered production features using LLMs. Collaborate with Product and Design, improve test/CI quality, provide tier-3 support, and help migrate legacy systems toward an API-centric architecture.

Execute outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls) to generate pipeline and book qualified meetings, run discovery, articulate Optix value, maintain HubSpot CRM, collaborate with AEs to refine messaging and handoffs, and relay market intelligence. Clear path to Account Executive based on performance within 6–12 months.
