Drive HR Operations modernization through process improvement, automation, AI adoption, and systems enhancements. Partner with HR, People Technology, and business stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement solutions, maintain documentation, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance (EEOC, ACA/1095-C), support HR systems and integrations, and provide occasional peak-period operational support across a multi-site organization.

As a Senior Horizon Engineer, you will enhance and support the VMware Horizon platform, emphasizing automation, stability, and data-driven optimization, ensuring high performance while troubleshooting issues.

Senior HR Business Partner responsible for partnering with leaders across the employee lifecycle: organisational design, workforce planning, performance, talent, succession, compensation and employee relations. Use data, automation and AI to improve HR effectiveness, lead complex/sensitive cases, drive engagement and translate insights into measurable actions. Coach leaders, manage risks, contribute to global initiatives, and support cross-regional People projects.
