Leads product strategy and development from concept through launch, defining roadmaps, managing timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and performance metrics. Collaborates with engineering, research, operations, and marketing leaders to deliver technology products aligned with customer and market needs. Reports to the executive team and manages a team of product management professionals.

Lead full sales cycle to grow OptiTrack's presence in U.S. Government, DoD, and Intelligence Community accounts. Build pipeline, advance long-cycle technical opportunities, close deals with primes and subcontractors, partner with technical teams for demos and scoping, maintain accurate Salesforce data, represent the company at industry events, and provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.
