Provides on-site technical support for options trading systems and client technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident management, SLA adherence, client relationship management, upgrades, testing, training, and knowledge sharing. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, independence, and client service skills, with familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management, device deployment, and AV troubleshooting.

The Junior Network Engineer will manage multiple work streams, support network and security infrastructure, and collaborate with global teams. They should possess knowledge in Routing & Switching and be willing to learn.
