Provides administrative, programmatic, and supervisory support for services serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Oversees schedules, staff reporting, data tracking, quality assurance, training, curriculum activities, compliance, billing support, and participant services. Provides jobsite-based coaching and direct support as needed, coordinates with Area Managers and Direct Support Professionals, and travels regularly between community locations.

Manages operational systems, workforce management administration, recurring reporting, dashboards, KPIs, performance analytics, audits, and process improvement. Analyzes data to identify trends, risks, and root causes, then recommends actionable solutions to leadership. Coordinates cross-functional operational projects, maintains procedures and workflows, and supports technology, automation, and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives. The role is on-site in San Diego and requires regional travel, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a background check.

Provides customized employment and job placement services to adults with disabilities. Develops employer partnerships, identifies job and volunteer opportunities, negotiates wages, supports clients during onboarding, provides interview and employment-readiness training, and maintains required documentation. The role also supports customized employment processes, attends client meetings, conducts employer training, builds community networks, and travels throughout the service region.
