Options Consulting Solutions (OCS) is a proudly Canadian company that specializes in the business of recruitment. Since 1991, we have partnered with our clients to guide them through their recruitment and HR consulting needs. Our founder, Antoinette King, pioneered the way for a more equal opportunity recruiting industry that had previously been less accepting of inclusion. Her courage, perseverance, and resolve for equal and fair opportunity is embedded in the way we operate, even to this day. Since its inception, OCS specifically set the mandate to bring the human and personal aspects back to the business of recruitment. We achieve this by focusing on the individual, both from the client and the candidate perspective, and by partnering with those who place mutual respect above all else. We recognize that we are dealing with real people with real lives and as such, we strive to improve the lives of those we partner with by connecting job seekers and employers who hold a mutual fit. Our approach ensures that we are successful in our pairings by not only accounting for the matching of technical expertise, but also for personal traits.
