The Technical Product Manager will define user stories, manage project features, and collaborate with teams to drive product development and quality assurance.

Own and improve a multi-account AWS platform, including networking, security, certificates, file delivery, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, workflow automation, monitoring, incident response, and cost compliance. The role manages production changes, documents systems and runbooks, supports development deployments, troubleshoots scheduled data workflows, automates repetitive tasks, and coaches junior engineers. It requires strong AWS, Linux, Terraform, scripting, security, deployment, and operational communication skills.

Manage MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases, including installation, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, security, backup and recovery. Develop optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views. Use AWS services for database deployment and scaling, Git/GitHub for version control, and collaborate with developers and system administrators. Support data warehouse design, ETL processes, reporting requirements, and database troubleshooting.

Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure retention and renewals, act as primary client contact, coordinate internal teams for delivery, monitor product usage, forecast account metrics, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and face-to-face engagement.

Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of retail options trading applications, overseeing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch while aligning with business objectives.

The Software Test Engineer will design, implement, and maintain test frameworks for back-end services, ensuring product quality through test case creation and automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
