Lead end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure data architecture using MSBI and Azure data platform. Manage data engineering and analytics teams, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and implement high-performance data solutions across Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Azure SQL and related services.

Migrate on-prem MSBI solutions to Azure data warehouse platforms. Design and implement migration pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure SQL. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance; optimize performance and costs; troubleshoot ETL and integration issues; and document migration plans, data lineage, and technical specifications.

Architect and design complex Azure cloud infrastructure, lead migrations and CAF workshops, create landing zones, implement DR/BC plans, enforce security/compliance, automate deployments, and guide development teams.
