Own growth strategy and analytics across mobile and web products, including acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, ASO, performance marketing, and brand growth. Analyze funnels, cohorts, revenue, and campaign metrics; build dashboards; design A/B tests; optimize conversion and marketing efficiency; and present recommendations to the CMO. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing, mentor junior analysts, assess competitors, and use AI to automate growth workflows.

Build and maintain scalable, secure frontend functionality using Angular. Identify requirements, write and review code, debug existing applications, support responsive web development, and collaborate with development and mobile teams. Coordinate timelines, prioritize projects, assign tasks to junior developers, provide progress reports, review Angular work, recommend structural improvements, and apply current Angular best practices.
