Manage complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, defining scope, requirements, schedules, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate business, technical, client, QA, and PMO stakeholders; monitor risks, issues, changes, and quality activities including UAT. Maintain project documentation and governance records while supporting Agile and Waterfall software development initiatives, often involving government clients and international travel.

Conducts quality assessments, audits, software testing, and performance analysis to ensure compliance and identify improvements. Develops quality documentation, supports quality management systems, implements corrective actions, assists with employee training, and addresses customer quality concerns. Collaborates cross-functionally throughout the QA lifecycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, automation testing, and UAT support.

Assists with ERP application implementation, configuration, integrations, data migration, ETL, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation under senior guidance. Supports business requirement analysis, system validation, implementation deliverables, and stakeholder reporting while developing ERP knowledge.
