Design, implement, and deliver enterprise Microsoft infrastructure solutions. Lead technical engagements, troubleshoot complex environments, present solutions to stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Lead and supervise daily administration, upgrades, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP. Manage ERP support team, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor performance and security, document processes, and provide end-user training and support.

Assist with installation, configuration, monitoring, tuning, backup and recovery of Oracle databases. Support troubleshooting, collaborate with senior DBAs and IT teams, document procedures, and participate in on-call incident response.
