Supports contract administration from initiation through closure by assisting with contract preparation, review, compliance, recordkeeping, milestone tracking, renewals, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, reporting, negotiation documentation, and policy training. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, confidentiality, and the ability to analyze contractual documents while managing multiple deadlines.

Manage Oracle platforms, renewals, partner coordination, support tickets, certification processes, proposals, quotations, bills of materials, vendor follow-ups, and daily technology-services operations. Support internal teams and customers, prepare presentations, track deliverables, resolve or escalate issues, and maintain accurate administrative records while developing Oracle and cloud technology expertise.

Lead, coach, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop strategic sales plans, set quotas and territories, analyze performance, maintain key customer relationships, align with cross-functional teams, optimize CRM usage, and represent the company at industry events.
