Serve as CEO advisor and strategic partner, lead planning and execution of high-impact cross-functional projects, manage budgeting and financial reporting, coordinate international legal/accounting and HR harmonization, conduct field research and pilots, and foster organizational alignment and team performance.

Lead end-to-end data efforts: translate business needs into analytics, build forecasting and ML models, create dashboards, automate pipelines, monitor models, and drive data-driven product features.

Lead technical execution of the FieldPro web platform as a player‑coach: design and implement full‑stack features, ensure performance and test coverage, review code, mentor and manage four developers, collaborate with CTO and Product Owner, and drive pragmatic AI adoption to improve developer productivity and code quality.

Develop, train, and deploy object detection and image classification models (YOLO family) for SKU-level shelf recognition. Build automated data pipelines, ML-assisted pre-labeling, versioned datasets, model monitoring, and inference deployments (NVIDIA Triton, Flask). Collaborate with labeling, data, and ops teams, support client onboarding, and produce client-ready reports and KPIs like share of shelf and planogram compliance.
