Provide excellent customer service to optical patients: greet customers, assist with frame selection and fitting, dispense eyewear, manage transactions, take measurements and adjustments, support the Doctor and Office Manager, escalate issues, and help other associates with complex customer or prescription needs.

Provide comprehensive eye examinations, prescribe glasses and contact lenses, and treat complex eye conditions. Collaborate with optical staff to deliver patient-centered care in a retail clinic setting. Work full-time or part-time to support eyecare services across Florida locations.

Provide customer-focused support to optical patients by assisting with frame selection, fittings, measurements, dispensing eyewear, handling transactions, and supporting the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure high patient satisfaction.
