Assists optical patients and customers with frame and lens selection, eyewear fitting, measurements, dispensing, transactions, and visual-product problem solving. Provides excellent customer service, supports doctors and office management, handles inquiries, documents customer situations, and assists other associates with complex product and prescription needs. An active Florida Optician license and bilingual English-Spanish skills are preferred.

Assists optical customers by providing exceptional service, recommending frames and lenses, fitting and dispensing eyewear, taking measurements, processing transactions, and resolving customer needs. Supports doctors, the Office Manager, and other associates while maintaining accurate documentation and high patient satisfaction.

Provides comprehensive eye examinations, prescribes eyeglasses and contact lenses, and delivers specialized treatments for patients with complex eye conditions. Collaborates with eyecare professionals to provide personalized, high-quality patient care in an optical practice. This is a part-time, onsite position in Ocoee, Florida, with the option to work full-time.
