Develop and optimize composite manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation to transition designs to flight-ready hardware. Support prototyping, low-rate production, troubleshooting, process improvements, and ensure quality compliance for aerospace composite structures.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of spacecraft flight hardware for a NASA program. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, cross-functional teams, reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR/FRR), technical decisions, integration, qualification testing, and customer communication while mentoring engineers and supporting production and business activities.

Design, prototype, test, and qualify lightweight deployable space structures and mechanisms. Create SolidWorks CAD, drawings, and documentation. Support cleanroom assembly, validate performance through testing, iterate designs, collaborate across teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure readiness for production and flight.
