Performs core nurse aide duties in a non-state-tested role, assisting with basic patient care, hygiene, mobility, observations, and reporting to nursing staff and supervisors.

Oversee nursing care and operations on the 3pm-11pm shift for long-term care residents, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff scheduling and discipline, respond to emergent and non-emergent situations, and communicate with residents, families, staff and state officials.

Oversee kitchen operations and meal service for residents: schedule and train staff, develop menus, ensure safe, timely meal preparation and resident satisfaction following Optalis policies.
