Performs core scheduler duties for nursing staff: creating and maintaining schedules, assigning shifts, ensuring adequate coverage, communicating with staff and managers, and maintaining scheduling records.

Manage resident financial accounts, billing, collections, deposits, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Meet with residents and families to collect financial information and assist with Medicaid applications. Coordinate with insurance providers, maintain HIPAA compliance, monitor insurance coverage and billing status, and perform related administrative duties.
