Partners with plant leaders and employees across the US and Canada on employee relations, labor law compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, performance management, compensation, HR reporting, and organizational development. Maintains HRIS and payroll data, leads investigations and disciplinary processes, supports onboarding, audits records, and delivers regional and organization-wide HR initiatives. Requires substantial travel to manufacturing facilities.

Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the VP of Finance, VP of Sales, and VP of Product Development. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, document preparation, confidential recordkeeping, action-item tracking, customer and leadership meeting support, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Provides metallurgical and materials engineering support to sales, customers, production plants, and quality control. Responsibilities include resolving product and process issues, developing and testing products, recommending formulations, reviewing manufacturing processes, supporting RFQs, training technical teams, analyzing trial performance, and traveling to customer and plant locations in the US and Canada.
