The LPN is responsible for health documentation, monitoring resident wellness, managing medication, educating families, and supporting care teams, ensuring compliance with regulations.

QMAs provide medication and nursing care under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and maintaining resident confidentiality.

Lead all aspects of a senior living community including resident satisfaction, financial performance, regulatory compliance, team development, operations, sales/census growth, and survey readiness. Build and coach department leaders, manage budgets and occupancy, ensure safety and quality, and maintain strong resident and family relationships.
