Provides person-centered, hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Responsibilities include social skills, personal care, leisure development, behavior and emotion regulation, community inclusion, mobility training, exercise, communication, and pre-vocational skill development through structured activities and individualized interventions.

Coach and prepare individuals with disabilities for employment: resume and profile creation, interview practice, job applications; build employer connections; provide onsite job coaching and advocacy to support long-term job success.

Coordinate and implement case management for individuals in ABI, CBDS, and Day Habilitation programs. Work with interdisciplinary teams to set and track goals, ensure documentation meets agency, licensing, and accreditation standards, provide advocacy and support, and participate in case reviews.
