Teams at Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon

Provides vocational support and on-site job coaching for adults with developmental disabilities. Assesses skills, develops service plans, builds employer relationships, secures suitable employment, trains individuals and employers, establishes workplace supports, and coordinates with families, residential providers, advocates, and agencies. Responsibilities include person-centered planning, transportation support, safety planning, documentation, confidentiality, and occasional personal care or medication assistance. The role requires community-based work, strong communication, problem-solving, networking, and flexibility.
