Support development and implementation of curriculum for day programs and a food pantry. Mentor staff, stage lessons, manage supplies and inventories, track budget and activity data, lead training labs, document client participation, troubleshoot program technology, and assist with scheduling and tours.

Create and maintain weekly staff schedules using electronic scheduling software to meet client needs, maximize budgeted hours, and improve retention. Reassign shifts in real time, handle call-offs and on-call responsibilities, forecast staffing needs, analyze monthly staffing data, schedule trainings and shadow shifts, perform clerical duties, and step in as a Direct Support Professional when needed.
