Teams at Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington

Provide IT/IS support and coordinate agency technology services, manage and train staff on the CaseWorthy database, administer SharePoint/Teams and O365 apps, install and configure hardware/software (including VoIP and wireless), troubleshoot network and computer issues, and assist the IT Manager with deployments and third-party vendor resolution.

Coordinate fund accounting and maintain GAAP-compliant records across funds. Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end reports, grant billings, journal entries, reconciliations, and audits. Support Senior Accountant/CFO, process AP/AR, purchase orders, cost allocations, and maintain fiscal records and controls.
