Close new logo B2B deals end-to-end for scaling food and consumer goods brands: run discovery, demos, build ROI cases, negotiate and close, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts, handle objections, and feed market intelligence to improve positioning and motion.

Lead and grow the UK commercial team (AEs and BDRs/SDRs) as a player-coach while carrying an individual quota. Drive pipeline health, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and conversion improvements. Personally manage strategic opportunities end-to-end, coach the team, build playbooks, recruit and ramp hires, partner with Marketing and Product, and represent the company in market events.

Design, deploy, and operate production infrastructure and developer tooling optimized for AI-native, agentic products. Own architecture end-to-end, lead infrastructure initiatives from concept to delivery, stay hands-on with code and reviews, improve observability, security, and developer workflows, collaborate closely with engineering and data teams, and drive alignment and impact across stakeholders.
