Build and expand Opply’s US supplier network by identifying, qualifying, onboarding, and negotiating with ingredient suppliers. Manage supplier and buyer relationships, pair supply with demand, drive quote-to-order conversion, and grow profitable order volume. Maintain supplier pricing, availability, product specifications, and certifications, including organic and GFSI requirements. Attend industry events, support sourcing and sales activities, and turn one-time opportunities into repeatable commercial partnerships.

Own a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding through daily operations. Responsibilities include managing orders, suppliers, pricing, credit decisions, freight, compliance documents, delivery and quality exceptions, and customer queries. Configure and improve AI agents, automate workflows, monitor operational metrics, investigate root causes, and implement process improvements with product and technology teams.
