Lead enterprise liquidity management and corporate cash forecasting. Improve and integrate forecasting models and data sources, aggregate internal and vendor cash data, perform back-testing, and partner with Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Controllers, and business lines to optimize cash and reporting.

Provide first-line technical support for contact center and remote employees, troubleshooting desktops, VDI, Five9/IP telephony, VPN and connectivity; manage onboarding/offboarding, device setup, account provisioning, incident handling via ServiceNow, inventory and asset management, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve reliability and document solutions.

The Principal Product Manager will define product strategy, lead the development of new features, analyze user data, and manage a cross-functional team to enhance customer financial health.
