Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable platform services and shared libraries. Contribute to architecture, reliability, scalability, developer experience, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Investigate production issues, implement long-term fixes, participate in technical and code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, reliable solutions and improve engineering productivity and delivery velocity.

Lead strategy and execution for Lending Originations products to improve applicant experience and new-loan conversion. Define roadmap, set OKRs, run experiments, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Fraud, Legal and Compliance, and drive products from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration while balancing member outcomes, regulatory requirements, and business performance.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle strategies for Oportun’s mobile app, engaging customers through email, SMS, and push notifications while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
