Improve repayment success, payer rates, delinquency prevention, member trust, and repeat engagement through customer insights, data analysis, experimentation, and measurable roadmaps. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, risk, compliance, legal, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and communicate business impact.

Lead strategy and execution for Lending Originations products to improve applicant experience and new-loan conversion. Define roadmap, set OKRs, run experiments, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Fraud, Legal and Compliance, and drive products from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration while balancing member outcomes, regulatory requirements, and business performance.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will develop and execute lifecycle strategies for Oportun’s mobile app, engaging customers through email, SMS, and push notifications while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
