Provide multichannel customer and merchant support through phone, email, and Facebook Messenger. Manage and prioritize tickets, troubleshoot payment-service issues, meet SLAs, escalate complex problems, support merchant onboarding, and represent customer needs in UAT and release reviews. The role also contributes to knowledge-base development, reporting, and continuous service improvements while collaborating with technical, product, and operations teams. Rotational day, night, and weekend shifts are required.

Engineering interns will support software development, testing, maintenance, code reviews, and team collaboration. They will gain hands-on experience building secure, highly concurrent distributed payment systems and working with experienced engineers in a fintech environment. Applicants should be pursuing a computer science, software engineering, or related degree and have basic knowledge of at least one programming language.

The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will design and maintain AWS infrastructure, implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, and lead a team in deploying applications, ensuring high reliability and availability.
