Owns core People Operations across HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, leave, employee relations, compliance, performance reviews, reporting, learning and development, and employee engagement. The role administers Rippling, supports multi-state compliance, coordinates HR programs, manages payroll and benefits processes, and serves as a backup for People leadership. This in-office position requires strong judgment, confidentiality, analytical ability, and independent ownership.

Owns lifecycle marketing from prospect acquisition through onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. Builds HubSpot email, nurture, workflow, segmentation, and reporting programs; creates funnel content; manages paid media across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta; develops customer advocacy initiatives; and analyzes campaign and pipeline performance to optimize results. The role also coordinates cross-functional campaigns and maintains consistent brand messaging.

Own the reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of AWS infrastructure across existing and next-generation SaaS platforms. Design infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, and cloud architecture; lead incident response and root-cause analysis; support compliance; and mentor engineers on DevOps and cloud best practices.
