Fellowship-trained glaucoma and cataract surgeon to join a high-volume practice in Greater Boston. Perform glaucoma and cataract surgeries, manage an established patient base, work with multispecialty teams, use advanced surgical centers and technologies, travel to satellite offices occasionally, participate in research and education, and pursue a partnership track after three years.

Ophthalmic Assistants provide eye care by assisting physicians with patient data and performing various tests. Responsible for maintaining patient records and ensuring clinical efficiency. Training provided for certification within 24 months.

Provide ophthalmic clinical support under supervision: perform vision tests, tonometry, lensometry, refractometry, pupil and motility assessments, diagnostic testing, recordkeeping, and assist physicians. Participate in employer-sponsored training aiming for JCAHPO certification within 24 months.
