Facilitates prospective patients’ enrollment in telehealth-based opioid use disorder treatment. Responsibilities include empathetic, trauma-informed outreach; cold calling and follow-ups; responding to referrals; triaging prospective patients; re-engaging individuals who lose contact; and using enrollment metrics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. The role is fully remote, technology-driven, and requires Tuesday–Saturday availability from 12 PM–8 PM ET.

Support clinical operations by managing patient panel transitions and clinician scheduling, monitor and maintain dashboards and Google Sheets trackers, triage routine clinician requests one day per week, maintain SOPs and credentialing paperwork, and partner with data/engineering on analytics and dashboard improvements.

Build and manage community partnerships to drive high-volume referrals for telehealth OUD treatment. Prospect, close, and scale referral sources, manage CRM data and analytics, perform extensive field outreach, collect partner feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve referral pathways and patient access.
