Lead Varicent implementations across the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing and go-live. Configure complex business scenarios, develop technical solutions, perform data validation/ETL, troubleshoot and tune performance. Mentor team members, estimate effort, produce design and operational documentation, and support client-facing activities throughout projects.

Lead CaptivateIQ implementations across the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. Guide client discovery, build complex configurations, create documentation, mentor team members, and ensure solution quality and scope control.
