Own the full sales cycle for midmarket construction customers across the Middle East, from prospecting and pipeline development through closing and account expansion. Manage complex, consultative SaaS sales using MEDDPICC, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, engage stakeholders from end users to executives, and build customer relationships. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success while traveling regularly to customer sites and company meetings.

Own sales and revenue operations workflows, including territory design, Salesforce pipeline hygiene, forecasting, quota setting, compensation tracking, reporting infrastructure, and process documentation. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Deal Desk to improve forecast accuracy, operational consistency, and scalable revenue processes. Apply AI tools to automate workflows and support reporting and territory analysis.

Lead design and implementation of computer vision and ML systems for mapping, localization, image analysis, and 3D reconstruction on construction site data. Develop and optimize SLAM/SfM/VIO, implement deep learning and multi-modal models, prototype and validate algorithms, oversee dataset creation and annotation, and collaborate with engineers to productionize scalable, robust solutions.
