Serve as a customer-facing implementation consultant guiding customers from discovery through onboarding, adoption, and project delivery. Lead demos, train users, track engagement and ROI, align internal teams, manage proof-of-value, and improve processes to ensure successful SaaS platform adoption in construction-related projects.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records and HR databases, support onboarding/offboarding, administer HR policies and benefits, coordinate engagement and training, and assist day-to-day people operations and office administration.

Support construction project delivery by structuring and validating project data, automating workflows (Excel/Python), building reports and dashboards, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate scheduling, progress tracking, and operational excellence.
