OpenSesame Benefits Overview

Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to HR, Learning, and Talent leaders across EMEA. Research accounts, personalize multichannel outreach, schedule qualified meetings, maintain Salesforce records, analyze calls in Gong, collaborate with Account Executives, and provide feedback to Marketing. The role includes structured onboarding, sales certification, quota attainment, and use of AI-powered sales tools.

Lead and scale OpenSesame’s sales development function by building a predictable outbound pipeline, coaching SDRs, improving conversion rates, and developing future sales talent. The role oversees AI-enhanced prospecting, messaging, qualification, account-based campaigns, dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Enablement, and RevOps. Success includes stronger quota attainment, improved pipeline quality and velocity, repeatable operating systems, and SDR-to-AE career progression.

Supports Salesforce and other business systems through user administration, troubleshooting, data imports and cleanup, process automation, documentation, training, and system improvements. The role collaborates cross-functionally to resolve requests, improve operational efficiency, maintain data quality, and support user adoption. It also includes ongoing Salesforce learning and progress toward Salesforce Administrator certification.
