Supports and improves internal IT systems, resolves escalated support tickets, administers SaaS and endpoint-management tools, manages user access, and strengthens security practices. The role also maintains documentation, supports compliance audits, trains help desk staff, and identifies opportunities to automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and other repetitive workflows. This remote role requires ownership of systems projects and up to 15 travel days annually.

Manage complex enterprise customer accounts as a trusted advisor in the e-learning space. Drive onboarding, engagement, retention, renewals, upsells, executive business reviews, and customer satisfaction. Build success plans, forecast renewal opportunities, mitigate account risk, and support Learning and Development initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Curation teams while maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records in Salesforce.com and Gainsight.

Leads and develops the internal IT helpdesk and systems administration team, shifting operations from reactive support to proactive service delivery. Owns IT roadmaps, cross-functional projects, vendor relationships, authentication and access standards, disaster recovery, security improvements, and process automation. Establishes measurable KPIs and audit-ready onboarding and offboarding workflows while improving documentation, service levels, workload visibility, and operational accountability.
