Provides second-line AML compliance oversight, reviewing complex onboarding and due diligence cases, challenging first-line decisions, and assessing AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions, and financial crime controls. The role conducts quality control, customer compliance calls, audits, staff training, mentoring, process improvement, and policy development within a regulated fintech environment.

Own and grow a portfolio of fintech clients by building strategic relationships, supporting retention, resolving escalations, identifying upsell opportunities, and coordinating internal teams. Maintain CRM and Salesforce reporting, guide clients on operational best practices, manage stakeholder communications, and contribute to customer success process improvements. The role requires experience in customer success, account management, or sales within payments, banking, FX, or fintech.

Advise OpenPayd teams on commercial contracts, contractual risk, and legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate customer and supplier agreements; improve legal templates and playbooks; supervise OAFS disputes and proceedings; coordinate evidence, affidavits, submissions, stakeholders, and external counsel; and identify significant legal, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.
