Inspect and visually verify assigned vehicles, update vehicle information in company systems, complete customer-required vehicle updates, report safety issues, and support other production stations as needed. Coordinate vehicle recovery assignments in a high-volume queue by reviewing declined assignments, assigning and managing recovery agents, coordinating fees, and liaising between clients and vendors. Identify and escalate issues, follow up on resolutions, maintain accuracy and quick turnaround, and use internal, Google, vendor, and integration partner systems to complete daily administrative tasks.

The Key Account Executive acquires, retains, and expands independent dealership accounts. Responsibilities include outside sales, business development, account ownership, client relationship management, CRM documentation, cross-functional issue resolution, competitive analysis, customer support, and regional travel. The role manages a dedicated book of business, drives revenue growth, coaches best practices, and serves as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
