Leads the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack SaaS applications. Builds features using ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and S3; resolves complex architectural issues; advances AI-native development; and drives cloud, DevOps, observability, and event-driven architecture practices. Collaborates cross-functionally, mentors engineers, represents technical strategy, and delivers customer-focused solutions for government agencies.

Designs and configures scalable business applications using Government App Builder. Responsibilities include data modeling, workflow automation, business-rule scripting, integrations, data migrations, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and implementation support. The role partners with customers, project managers, and implementation consultants to translate business processes into configurable solutions and deliver them across concurrent engagements.
