Design, deploy, and maintain a highly available multi-tenant SaaS environment on AWS. Implement infrastructure as code, build and operate CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes at scale, optimize cost and reliability, enforce cloud security and compliance (SOC2, StateRAMP), set up monitoring/alerting, lead incident response and post-mortems, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating cross-functionally.

Build scalable SaaS features for government customers: write high-performance code, design APIs and services, develop unit/integration tests, collaborate across product/UX/platform, and leverage AI tools to ship high-quality software.

Manage scope, timeline, cost, and communications for multiple SaaS ERP deployments. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, create SOWs, identify and mitigate risks, occasionally travel for training, and improve implementation methodology.
