Build scalable SaaS features for government customers: write high-performance code, design APIs and services, develop unit/integration tests, collaborate across product/UX/platform, and leverage AI tools to ship high-quality software.

Manage scope, timeline, cost, and communications for multiple SaaS ERP deployments. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, create SOWs, identify and mitigate risks, occasionally travel for training, and improve implementation methodology.

Lead end-to-end implementations of OpenGov ERP for public sector clients: gather data requirements, configure the platform, train administrators, act as technical POC, collaborate cross-functionally, capture feedback, and drive implementation efficiencies and customer success.
