Provides phone, email, and remote technical support for video security products, including DVRs, cameras, switches, routers, and related software. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, user-process, and mechanical issues; resolves customer problems accurately and promptly; creates knowledge-base content; and delivers professional customer service. The role is based onsite at the Liberty Lake, Washington headquarters.

Develop and maintain OpenEye Web Services through architecture, feature development, performance improvements, testing, deployment verification, and bug fixing. Lead significant software projects, collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, guide technical decisions, and improve Agile workflows. The role requires Java or comparable programming expertise, strong object-oriented development practices, communication skills, and effective use of AI-powered development tools.

Develop and maintain OpenEye Web Services through feature development, complex bug fixes, testing, and code reviews. Lead smaller projects, collaborate with product and technical stakeholders, analyze requirements, participate in Agile processes, and mentor junior developers. The role requires strong software engineering, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills within a cloud video and security technology environment.
