Leads quality engineering for cloud video, AI analytics, firmware, hardware-integrated, and web solutions. Develops risk-based test strategies, executes manual and automated testing, validates APIs and databases, analyzes logs, troubleshoots defects, and supports release readiness. Partners with cross-functional teams, mentors QA specialists, improves automation coverage, and drives quality initiatives across concurrent projects.

Develop and grow channel partner relationships while supporting regional sales managers. Responsibilities include making 20–30 outbound calls daily, responding to emails, handling inbound requests, generating meetings and product demonstrations, explaining video security products, achieving territory quotas, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting customer satisfaction.
