Build and scale the APAC developer community for an open-source AI foundation. Responsibilities include developer advocacy, contributor programs, technical content, ecosystem partnerships, governance support, events, hackathons, and community metrics. The role serves as a public representative, translates complex technical concepts for developers, and collaborates with maintainers, researchers, enterprises, and open-source communities to grow adoption and participation.

Owns the OpenClaw Foundation’s global events and marketing execution, with primary responsibility for scaling ClawCon conferences. Manages venues, vendors, budgets, speakers, sponsors, attendee experience, logistics, marketing campaigns, communications, event technology, reporting, and operational systems. Partners across Developer Relations, Research, Engineering, and Leadership to deliver conferences, hackathons, meetups, workshops, summits, and virtual events. The role requires strong project management, operational discipline, and 40–50% international travel.

Forward Deployed Engineers partner with customers to design, deploy, customize, and scale OpenClaw AI systems in production. Responsibilities include building integrations and infrastructure, debugging distributed systems, designing cloud and on-premise architectures, contributing to open source, supporting migrations, documenting deployment patterns, and advising customers. The role requires strong software engineering, systems, cloud, security, communication, and customer-facing skills, with occasional travel.
