Build and maintain integrated financial forecasts, pipeline reporting, budgets, long-range plans, and headcount models. Analyze profitability, pricing, unit economics, investment decisions, and M&A opportunities. Partner with Finance, GTM, Revenue Operations, Delivery, People, and Data teams to reconcile assumptions and deliver recommendations. Develop AI-enabled forecasting and reporting workflows while supporting management, board, and investor reporting.

Support two senior leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, recruiting and customer engagements, travel, briefing materials, action tracking, and follow-through. The role requires anticipating needs, improving recurring workflows, handling sensitive information discreetly, and coordinating effectively with Operations, peer executive business partners, and leadership teams in a rapidly changing AI deployment environment.

Leads technical delivery of complex cybersecurity AI deployments from prototype through production adoption. Coordinates engineers, researchers, product teams, and enterprise customers; translates business objectives into delivery plans; manages dependencies, risks, scope, and readiness; maps security workflows; measures value and adoption; and develops reusable implementation patterns. The role requires customer-facing technical leadership, cybersecurity fluency, enterprise deployment experience, and practical knowledge of AI and LLM systems.
