Own Open USD’s liquidity and capital markets strategy across chains and venues. Responsibilities include managing market makers and liquidity providers, negotiating exchange and protocol listings, securing collateral acceptance, building relationships with custodians and infrastructure providers, designing adoption incentives, analyzing liquidity performance and ROI, and leading launch decisions. The role builds the liquidity function from the ground up and manages partners, consultants, and data vendors.

Lead product marketing for Open USD, defining positioning, messaging, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies for banks, payment networks, fintechs, platforms, and developers. Equip commercial and partner sales teams with marketing materials, manage website and developer content, develop executive narratives, conduct competitive and market research, and use adoption metrics and partner feedback to inform product strategy. The role partners closely with executives, engineering, communications, and major payment companies.

Build and own products end to end across APIs, backend systems, integrations, dashboards, internal tools, and user-facing applications. Define product direction and technical architecture, work with customers and partners, use AI and automation to accelerate development, and help establish engineering practices and culture at an early-stage stablecoin infrastructure company.

Own post-signing relationships with banks, payment companies, and fintech partners. Lead onboarding, technical integration coordination, launches, growth planning, quarterly business reviews, partner forecasting, and network collaboration. Serve as the primary partner contact while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Liquidity, and integration teams. Improve onboarding processes and product capabilities based on partner feedback.

Designs and builds smart contracts and supporting infrastructure for the Open USD stablecoin across multiple blockchains. Responsibilities include protocol development, blockchain indexing, event-driven systems, monitoring, alerting, state reconstruction, reorg handling, security reviews, testing, integrations, and production operations. The engineer owns projects from architecture through deployment and ongoing iteration while collaborating with founders and external partners.
