Owns daily HR operations across two entities, including biweekly Paycom payroll, benefits administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, first-level employee relations, hourly recruiting, compliance reporting, recognition programs, and company events. The role independently resolves routine employee and benefits matters, coordinates hiring processes, maintains confidential records, and escalates complex legal or employee relations issues to HR leadership.

Own the Pop Classics brand’s Amazon 3P business, driving revenue, margin, inventory health, pricing, advertising performance, catalog quality, and account health. Responsibilities include FBA forecasting and replenishment, new item launches, product-page management, competitive pricing, advertising optimization, reimbursement recovery, weekly reporting, and process automation. The role partners with warehouse, manufacturing, merchandising, and creative teams while serving as the internal expert on Amazon policies and programs.

Work on the manufacturing floor at finishing: affix hangers, operate shrink-wrap machinery, inspect quality, package products for shipping, maintain supplies and 5S cleanliness, report production totals, and support cross-trained stations. On-the-job training provided.
