Lead installation, configuration, troubleshooting and delivery of Open iT products. Engineer and manage complex implementation projects, assist Delivery Manager, and mentor other engineers. Ensure automated installs, logging/monitoring, and cross-platform support across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

Sell Open iT software and services to assigned accounts by qualifying leads, conducting high-level demos, generating pipeline via calls/emails/social media, collaborating with sales and marketing, managing pipeline hygiene, and meeting periodic sales and activity targets.

Install, configure, test and deliver Open iT products in client environments. Collaborate with presales, perform deployments and troubleshooting across Windows/UNIX/Linux, use virtualization, logging/monitoring systems, automate installs, write scripts and technical documentation.

Sell Open iT solutions to assigned accounts; generate and qualify leads via phone, email, and social media; conduct high-level demos; manage pipeline and forecasts; collaborate with sales and marketing; translate Portuguese/English materials; meet activity and revenue targets.

Provide direct administrative support to the CEO: manage communications, schedule meetings, respond to emails and document requests, conduct research, handle confidential information, and complete projects and special assignments with strong organization and prioritization.
