Develop and produce conferences from concept through onsite execution: perform market research, create agendas, recruit and manage speakers, collaborate with sales/marketing/coordination teams, track performance, maintain CRM records, and support audience development and sponsorship initiatives. Oversee live event logistics, moderate sessions, and ensure high-quality programming to drive attendance and revenue growth.

Manage planning, logistics, and onsite execution for assigned conferences. Coordinate vendors, travel, accommodations, registrations, speakers, sponsors, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery and excellent attendee experience.
