Generates revenue by identifying and securing event sponsorships, managing the full sales cycle, conducting outreach, researching industries, maintaining CRM records, and developing client relationships. The role includes pitching sponsorship packages, supporting onsite conferences, retaining clients, and collaborating with colleagues to improve engagement and sales results. It is fully remote with occasional travel to live events.

Generate sponsorship revenue for live conferences through prospecting, cold calling, email, social media outreach, sales presentations, and full-cycle deal management. Maintain CRM records, research industries, build long-term client relationships, support retention, and collaborate with internal teams. Attend select conferences to provide onsite client service and relationship support. The role is remote with occasional travel and includes a $1,000 monthly base plus unlimited commissions.

Provides remote executive-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar and travel management, communications, meeting coordination, task tracking, document preparation, records management, expense support, and confidential information handling. The role requires strong organization, advanced English communication, discretion, responsiveness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Occasional urgent matters outside standard hours and travel to onsite conferences may be required.
