OPAL Fuels Benefits Overview

Provides centralized reliability leadership across a biogas and renewable power fleet. Leads asset performance improvement, unplanned event reduction, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development, mechanical integrity, equipment criticality assessments, spare parts planning, outage execution, risk management, and reliability reporting. Partners with operations, maintenance, process engineering, and controls teams to improve equipment availability, reduce production losses, and strengthen long-term asset reliability. The remote role requires up to 50% travel to nationwide operating facilities.

Leads continuous improvement and operational excellence across OPAL Fuels’ biogas and renewable power fleet. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, reporting systems, and operational analytics; analyzing losses, costs, energy consumption, and asset capability; identifying performance gaps; leading constraint management, debottlenecking, benchmarking, and corrective actions; and standardizing best practices. The role collaborates with Operations, Reliability, Process Engineering, and Controls, supports reliability initiatives, works remotely, and requires approximately 50% travel to facilities nationwide.

Manage daily cash and liquidity across entities, execute treasury transactions, produce cash forecasts and reporting, support banking relationships, debt and investment tracking, assist hedging and risk management, improve treasury processes and systems, and support financial reporting and treasury-related projects.
