Build enterprise Amazon Connect contact centers and conversational AI solutions using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, serverless services, TypeScript, Python, and React. Develop contact flows, AI agents, integrations, custom agent experiences, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support. Collaborate with customer engineering teams on technical decisions, releases, troubleshooting, migrations, and knowledge transfer.

Own and improve the full application stack, including APIs, UI, CI/CD, hosting, and infrastructure. Maintain and scale a NestJS, MongoDB, Redis, Vue, and TanStack MVP; modernize the platform with cost-conscious cloud technologies; implement new features; optimize performance, reliability, and scalability; and collaborate directly with company founders. The role also involves using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AI tools to accelerate development and enhance the product.

Own and modernize the full application stack, including API, UI, CI/CD, hosting, and infrastructure. Maintain and scale a Nest.JS, MongoDB, Redis, Vue, and TanStack platform; implement new features; improve performance, reliability, and scalability; and manage CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Terraform. The engineer will work closely with founders, make cost-conscious technology decisions, and use AI tools to accelerate development and product enhancements.
