The role also involves customer-facing communication and may include attribution, deep linking, analytics, and legacy Objective-C modernization.

Design, build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot production-grade native Android applications using Kotlin and AWS. Apply modern architecture and design patterns, integrate APIs, SDKs, and cloud services, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and support automated testing. Collaborate with architects, engineering managers, Agile teams, and customer engineering organizations to deliver scalable mobile solutions and communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs.

Build enterprise Amazon Connect contact centers and conversational AI solutions using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, serverless services, TypeScript, Python, and React. Develop contact flows, AI agents, integrations, custom agent experiences, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, and production support. Collaborate with customer engineering teams on technical decisions, releases, troubleshooting, migrations, and knowledge transfer.
